On the Horizon #SOL21

Inspirations for today:  favorite things, writing group challenge - number poetry forms, and a picture of the beach.

Result: a reverse nonet about the sunrise and sunsets we saw in Florida.

The sunrise and sunset are constants -

just as my love for you, Ashley.

Side by side we bear witness

to the beauty of earth

thinking about what

awaits on the

horizon

of your

life.

  1. I love this nonet because it captures my favorite times on the beach, plus it reminds me of the sunsets I've watched with my own mother along the beach. Gorgeous imagery and a lovely poem.
