Every week I like to take some time to reflect on the week. I have used this format, which was inspired by another writer for a year now. It is the perfect way to end a week.

That's a very cool habit to keep. I enjoy reflecting and haven't tried using a template yet. Counting down from 5 to one seems to accelerate it almost.

ReplyDeleteI have seen this other writer's share this practice. I would love to try but I'm not sure I could remember anything good from the week. Maybe. I need to work on my mindfulness (ie. being present).
