  1. I love this reflection routine! Do you do this weekly? It is amazing. I'm going to write my own responses to your prompts, right now - for my own edification. Thank you! Happy weekend!

  2. Your goal for next week is perfect. Can this reflection be used on Saturday? It may still be okay.

  3. What a nice idea, Heather, to reflect on each week. I've seen others do this too. Do you know how it started? It seems to be a popular SEL exit ticket for students to complete on Fridays. I haven't done it yet, but I showed my husband your post, and he jotted down the 5-4-3-2-1 because he wants to try it too.

  5. I love this type of reflection! Think I'll try it this week. Enjoy your acupuncture and knitting class — two of my favorite things.

  6. I also love this 5/4/3/2/1 reflection template, and enjoyed seeing how you used it this Friday. I am struck by the honesty in #4. Prepared, full, productive, lonely. The good and the not so good, hand in hand, like life! It looks as if you schedule some weekend things to give you good company- enjoy!
